HOW TO HAVE A GOOD LOOKING FLAT BELLY FOR 2 MINUTES IN 7 DAYS ONLY?

KNEE TO ELBOW CRUNCHES

Stand with your feet, shoulder width apart and your hands behind your ears. Raise your right knee, and use your left elbow to touch your right knee. Change sides and repeat.

X MAN CRUNCH

Lie on your back with your hand stretched at your side and legs apart. Lift your legs and arms off the floor. Then rise your upper body and squeeze your arms and knees toward your abdominals. Lower your arms and legs (but don’t touch the floor) and repeat the exercise.

PLUNK HIP DIPS

Start in the standard plunk position. Twist your spine to your left side until your left leg touches the floor, then twist to the other side. Repeat the exercise.

LEG RAISES

Lie down on your back with your hand beneath your hips four support. Then lift your legs up until they form a right angle with the floor. Slowly bring your legs back down and repeat the exercise.

TIME TO PERFORM THE EXERCISE

  • Knee to Elbow Crunches = 30 seconds and rest about 10 seconds
  • X Man Crunch = 30 seconds and rest about 10 seconds
  • Plunk Hip Dips = 30 seconds and rest about 10 seconds
  • Leg Raises = 30 seconds and rest about 10 seconds

And then you have it! Do it everyday or twice a day and drink 8 glass of water or more everyday to help you burn fats. Congratulations!
